"Food was great! Service was excellent! Ms Hannah, our server was very friendly and accommodating She made sure she explained the dishes and gave us complimentary dishes as first timers! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. We enjoyed the yakitori but what stood out for us were the Angus Belly, Wagyu and Butabara. For the rolls, we enjoyed the scallop roll! Although for salmon sashimi, we’d prefer that the slices would be thinner"

"We come to Tori Tori Katipunan at least 2x/week and although it’s always full surprisingly their serving time is fast and consistent. Our favorite server James would always greet us with a smile, accommodating and doesn’t seem to get tired even when it’s late. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What i love the most is the close at 1130pm so very convenient for us night owls"

"Had a great first experience here! We ordered the Samurai Roll, Spicy Tuna Sashimi, Aburi Cheese Oyster, Angus Mozzarella Skewer, and Japanese Wagyu Skewer. Everything was delicious, and the serving sizes were very generous. The skewers were flavorful and cooked perfectly. What made the experience even better was the excellent service from Sir JC. Since it was my first time visiting, he kindly walked me through their best sellers and gave great recommendations. He even surprised us with a complimentary salmon skin, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, the food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely worth it, will come back!."

"Food: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 3/5 TOTAL: 4/5 We ordered the following: maki, oysters, and different items from the kushiyaki section. We also ordered oyakodon and katsudon -- the servings of the rice bowls are huge! They're even reasonably priced for their serving size. Everything is tasty, balanced, and well-seasoned. When it comes to the staff, they are all courteous and knowledgeable about the menu, and are quick on their feet. The downside: 1. It's quite warm inside the restaurant. With all the grilling and the crowd coming and going, Tori could improve on how to cool the restaurant especially during lunch time. It's like there's no air-conditioning system at all. 2. We were really looking forward to ordering the items with cheese such as the aburi cheese and angus mozzarella, but Tori was out of those items when we dined last Sunday. I also heard the staff saying they're already out of japanese wagyu. Good thing we were still able to order 2 sticks before they ran out of it. "Trust me ! Was trying to try this place for so so many months now .. cos we keep visiting the cafe next to it . And just fell in love with the restaurant.. The food absolutely great. The staff was welcoming and warm .. Would visit this place more often.."

"2nd time grabbing dinner here and happy to say I enjoyed my 2nd visit way more than my 1st. Please order their grilled items + rice or soba vs getting a donburi (which i had on my first visit). Trust me this is way more satisfying. Sushi was HUGE and excellent. Cravings satisfied"

"We ordered a couple of the grilled selections and they were cheap and delicious! According to our preference; Angus Beef, Chicken, Chicken Skin, and then Pork. We also tried the Tori Maki Roll, Katsudon, Spicy Tuna, Tempura, and Miso Soup. The food was served fast and at the right temperature. On top of that, their entire menu was very affordable for the portions. That said, there are some dishes that stand out from the rest taste-wise. If they could improve on the tastiness of the Spicy Tuna, it would’ve been a winner. Either way, very good food for the price point. I’d like to commend the attentive and friendly staff. Our server James even approached me after going to the lavatory to spray my hands with alcohol. You don’t find that kind of service at a fast casual restaurant. I’d also like to point out that we went there in the midst of a dinner rush, so plus points for that!"
